Seafood Loves Sake
A Cultural x Sustainable Brand Experience
Objective
The client aimed to introduce sake as a premium liquor pairing for Chinese cuisine through a highly immersive, culturally respectful, and eco-conscious activation.
The primary challenge was maintaining a sense of visual richness and authenticity using cardboard as the main construction material — a medium often perceived as plain or low-cost.
To overcome this, we used UV-printed layering techniques to add depth and dimension to flat surfaces. We also integrated carefully chosen fabrics and lighting elements to create a premium visual contrast. Instead of using paint, we leveraged the natural texture of cardboard combined with precision cutting to deliver a clean, sophisticated finish.
